James Thomas, President

James is a native of Gilmer County. Growing up in his father's business, James has 25 year experience in the Heating and Cooling business. He learned that customer service and quality is the key factor in his business rather than just installing equipment. James holds a GA unrestricted conditioned air license and is NATE certified. He advances his knowledge of the business with over 80 hours per year of technical training. James is the overseer of all projects to make sure that dependable and trustworthy customer service will always be used. James is a mechanic and engineer at heart and will make sure that all of his customers' needs are met to their fullest.

Jimmy Ritter, Sales Consultant

Jimmy has been a resident of Fannin County for 35 years where he is also a Baptist preacher. Jimmy also advances his knowledge of this business with over 80 hours per year of technical training. Jimmy plans new installations and covers any concerns or questions the customers may have. He is superior with educating customers about the Heating and Cooling business. Jimmy explains pricing with new builders/customers to ensure our guarantee of quality with every job we do. Jimmy follows up on new installations to make sure the customer is satisfied and the jobs run smoothly.

Tina Ledford, Customer Service Coordinator

Tina is a native of Gilmer County. She has worked in customer service for over 20 years. She makes sure that customer quality is met with every call. Tina schedules appointments and dispatches service calls to the service technician. She follows up on customer requests to make sure nothing but the best customer service is given at James Thomas Heating and Cooling and that all their needs are met. Tina is the heartbeat of our company and is fully dedicated to ensuring honesty and dependability in our customer service.

Noreen Thomas, Chief Financial Officer

Noreen graduated in 1989 with a degree in B.B.A. from Temple University of Philadelphia. She has over 15 years experience in financial accounting and management. She knows how to relate to customer needs while also giving them an understanding of their questions and concerns. Noreen has been in a regional controller publicly traded company where she was exposed to and was responsible for their automated systems. She has efficient professional customer service skills and knowledge which makes customers comfortable when relating to her.
